To address this situation, after service team is established in our quality management division, the team includes many professionals to handle issues relating to after service. Thus we can promise:

1. The product is equipped with certificate of competency and instruction manual for the proper installation of the product.

2. We promise that all the products is manufactured and checked in accordance with national standards, unqualified products never leave the factory.

3. If clients have any question about the product, we promise to respond within 24 hours. If field solution is required, we promise to send professional maintenance man and we promise not to leave the field till the problem is solved. We will document each quality problems raised by the clients.
